I came to the company by complete chance. Having placed an order with an alternative shop who didn't for fill my order yet took my money using a similar name to Raw Pet foods, Michelle assisted with my initial enquiry out of hours - she went to every effort to support/advise with a problem created by a different stockist which subsequently led me to ordering from Raw Pet foods.
